LINK and Challenge are two high school programs at PSU, but the following are other opportunities that my also be of interest for high school students.

Quick Entry

As a Quick Entry student you may take up to eight credits a term and obtain college credit. This is an option for high school students to still come to campus to take coursework when they have not been able to meet the LINK deadline or requirements. Learn more...

 

Expanded Options Program

The Expanded Options Program (EOP) was created by Oregon legislators in 2005 to promote opportunities for high school students to continue their education, earn college credit, and gain early entry into post-secondary education. Students interested in the EOP must check with their high school designated EOP liaison to determine whether they are eligible for the EOP. Summer Session offers intensive courses during the summer months; most courses are 8 weeks long though others range in length from one to 13 weeks. Learn more...

 

Saturday Academy

Saturday Academy, though independent of PSU, has offices and classrooms on campus. It offers a wide range of courses from science, engineering, and technology to humanities and the arts for grades 2-12. Learn more...

 

Senior Inquiry

Senior Inquiry is a dual-credit, year-long program offered by a partnership between Portland State University and selected area high schools. It is based on the university's Freshman Inquiry program, and its purpose is to deliver interdisciplinary college-level courses on site at the high school, preparing students for the unique demands of college coursework. Senior Inquiry is co-taught by a team of high school and university faculty.
